Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unused, and returned with its original packaging and order information.
Start a return
Email ruviaofficial@yahoo.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Condition requirements
Returns may be declined if an item shows wear, damage after delivery, alteration, or missing packaging. For hygiene reasons, some earring returns may be restricted where required.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the next steps.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on current inventory. If a direct exchange is not available, we may recommend a return and a new order.
