How do I place an order?
Choose your item, select the available options, add it to cart, and continue through checkout. Payment will become available after the payment gateway is connected.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it enters fulfillment.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order details, or follow the tracking link in your dispatch email.
Product Care
Is Ruvia jewelry waterproof?
Ruvia pieces use a durable 18K PVD gold-plated finish designed for everyday wear. Dry each piece after exposure to water and follow the care guide.
Will the jewelry tarnish or fade?
The 18K PVD gold plated finish is tarnish resistant and fade resistant, but care and storage still matter. Avoid harsh chemicals and store each piece dry.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes. The collection uses premium 316L stainless steel, selected for comfortable, hypoallergenic everyday wear. Individual sensitivities can vary.
What materials are used?
Every Ruvia piece is made with premium 316L stainless steel and 18K PVD gold plating: waterproof, tarnish resistant, fade resistant, and hypoallergenic.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $75 before tax receive free shipping automatically at checkout.
Is local pickup available?
Yes. Select Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order from 9 Saturn Drive, Brampton, ON L6V 3X6 once you receive the pickup-ready email.
What is the return window?
Eligible unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days, subject to the conditions on our Returns & Exchanges page.
